Here in New York, we’ve been dealing with 80+ degree weather and humidity. Ew. Not a fan. That’s why I’m dreaming of fall, when I can wear my jeans and a light shirt, even a cute lightweight jacket, and not be too hot. I’ve seen all the posts about the Nordstrom sale from the bloggers and Insta guru’s and have decided to create my own Fall wish list. See below for my picks, and let me know in the comments what’s on your wish list for Fall.
I like the idea of a kimono as a layering piece. My sister thinks this is a bad idea, but I like it. It’s a bit boho, which is a look I think works for me.

Jeans
I saw these jeans on Somewhere Lately’s Instagram, then clicked to read her blog post and ended up falling deeper in love with the jeans. They were on sale in the big Nordie’s anniversary sale, but I missed it! It’s annoying that NYC doesn’t have any Nordstroms.
These jeans could actually be a cheaper version in grey, which is a color of jeans I always think looks hot.
I also like the look of these Levi jeans, like the Ramones used to wear.
Tights
Another thing I love about Fall is that I can wear tights again. I don’t know if it’s because I used to dance, but I feel way more comfortable in a pair of tights than bare legs under a dress. These are pretty cool ones. I also like these, just need to figure out a way to wear them to counter the cutesy-tootsie. . .
Sweaters
I also love sweaters for Fall. This one just caught my eye — although I can’t decide if I like the cream or the white.

Cheap alert! And it has a double V, one in the front, a longer one in the back. Very cool!
I always like a good sweatshirt that falls off the shoulder. A little bit of sexy, but still keeping ya warm. Currently sold out, but Asos is great at restocking!
Shirts
I dream about wearing these shirts, but I usually look ridiculous in them. I still keep trying to find that one perfect one. I would try this one.
Other bloggers go gaga for the Rails, currently on sale at Nordies. I haven’t tried them, but I will next time I get to a Nordstrom. My choice would be theWhite/ Navy/ Orchid print.
A nice white button down is a closet must. I like the slouchy look.
Dress
To wrap it up for Fall, a LBD is a must-have and every year I try to take a look at my LBDs and see if I need an update. This year I’m loving this dress from Forever 21. Have you SEEN THIS? It’s amazing for the price. I can totally see rocking this under a blazer for work, and then without the blazer for after work cocktails. Also great for date night.
