Spring calls for pedicures, sandals, and easing into summer slowly. Here in NYC we’re definitely taking our time warming up. However, we want to get ready for the upcoming seasons and be ahead of the curve. Lately, I’ve seen a lot of Instagrammers are on the same wavelength. One that got us thinking like this was a post by Suburban Faux Pas. Her entire outfit is spring ready, but it was the heeled sandals that inspired this post.
Here is the sandal in all its beauty – the Alaïa bombe studded suede sandals. With a price of $1,205 they’re a bit out of my price point. If I spent over a grand on the heels and one of the pompoms fell off, I’d be devastated.
Luckily for you, I’ve found a four dupes. I have to admit – it wasn’t easy, but here are a few choices.

My first choice would be #2 – the Sam Edelman sandal heels because they’re Sam heels! I think you all know of my love for Sam’s heels. Right now they’re on sale at Nordies. However, if you’re reading this later, the other shoes might be more within your budget.
I was most surprised to find out Amazon has a decent dupe. They’re really upping their fashion game and this is just one more example.
I would pair these heels with a nice pair of jeans, or a dress like the other blogger did. They could go with anything really. It would definitely dress up jeans, and if you throw on a jean jacket or a black biker jacket, it has that downtown cool vibe.
