I’m rather into sophisticated decor lately and for the upcoming holidays, it’s no exception. Don’t fret my traditional Christmas decor lovers – I’ll have a big post on that coming up! Right now my focus is on making things sophisticated and beautiful. Is it too early to start getting your holiday decor shopping going? I think not. Haven’t you heard there are supply chain issues? Hopefully your items will arrive on time and frankly, there’s nothing wrong with decorating early. According to this article on Popsugar; “…decorating for Christmas early may make you happier.” Sign me up. By now you’re probably thinking, let’s get on with it. I’ve had enough reading.

Technically these (number 1) are wine glasses but I’d use these for regular glasses because they’re so fun. The Susannah Gerrod Merry Moments boxed candle is sure to smell delicious – annnnd theCheeky Holiday matches are a great way to light them. How cute are they? TheFaux Fur Wreath lends a glam look for your decorations. No one said you can’t have a glam Christmas. If you want to splurge, thisIvory Christmas Village is just the thing. Not only is it a quintessential piece of holiday decor, it’s got a bit of gold in it, and with it being mostly white, isn’t going to mess up your sophisticated decor look.

I’m sure all families have their favorite Menorah they use every year, but perhaps this one could be added in for a bit of added flair. Of course it’s on the more expensive side, but look how beautiful it is and there are 22K gold accents on it. In my search for sophisticated, not kitschy, Etsy is the place to go. I found so many great items of sophisticated decor I was surprised. I’m partial to thedoormat “Happy Challah days.” TheHanukkah Star Cotton Table Throw from Pottery Barn is a nice subtle nod without being an in your face star. Last up, thecandle has a cute name and probably smells amazing. I’ve heard great things about the Homesick brand.
There you have it. Some great picks to up your holiday game to more sophisticated decor this year. What do you all think? Are there any standout ideas you’re going to snap up? Let me know below.
Can we get a home alone inspired traditional Xmas decor post?
Keep your eyes pealed! 😉
My favorite is the Christmas boxed candles. Those I could see having on a Christmas tray with other Christmas mementos.
Oh for sure. I think they’d also have a scent to bring home the Christmas feel.
